The CatWest Bathroom Renovation Process

  1. Initial Consultation: We discuss your bathroom, what you want to change, your priorities, budget and preferred timeframe.

  2. Design & Planning: We work with your architect or designer, or help coordinate the design requirements for your renovation.

  3. Scope & Pricing: We establish the scope of work and prepare clear pricing so you understand what is involved before construction begins.

  4. Pre-Construction: We coordinate the project team, schedule the work and work through any required building consent and documentation.

  5. Construction: Our builders and trades coordinate the renovation, with careful attention to waterproofing, installation, finishes and quality throughout the build.

  6. Completion & Handover: We complete the final details, walk through the finished bathroom with you and provide the relevant.

  7. Documentation and warranties: At CatWest Construction, we don't just renovate bathrooms; we create personal sanctuaries that combine style, functionality, and comfort.

A bathroom renovation should look good, but it also needs to work well every day. We focus on getting the layout, functionality, construction and finishing details right so you can enjoy the finished space for years to come.
