We prepare a detailed quote based on the agreed scope of work, so you have a clear understanding of what's included. Once the scope and pricing are agreed, we finalise the building contract and documentation.Consents & Pre-Construction
We work through the required documentation, building consent and pre-construction requirements before work begins.Construction
Our building team and trades coordinate the construction of your home, with regular communication and quality checks throughout the project.Completion & Handover
Once construction is complete, we work through the final details with you, complete the handover and provide the relevant documentation and warranties.
Our relationship doesn't end when construction is complete. We remain available after handover to answer questions and help with any minor details that may arise as you settle into your new home. We're only a phone call away.
